World X Recipe is an arcade-inspired alien abduction game. This game were made as a submission for Global Game Jam 2025, under the theme "Bubble"

  • Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Quickly developed a functional prototype to test core gameplay ideas, iterating rapidly based on team feedback and time constraints.

  • Core Gameplay Development: Implemented the player controller, object spawning system, and AI behavior, ensuring responsive controls and engaging interactions within the short development timeframe.

  • Efficient & Maintainable Code: Wrote clean, modular, and scalable code to keep development flexible despite tight deadlines, allowing for quick modifications and improvements.

  • Asset Pipeline Management: Integrated and optimized assets efficiently, ensuring seamless imports and proper organization within the game engine.

  • Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Facilitated technical discussions with designers, providing quick and practical solutions to align game mechanics with development feasibility.

  • Task Delegation & Team Coordination: Organized and distributed technical tasks among team members, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient use of limited time.

  • Version Control & Conflict Resolution: Set up Git for source control, managed branches, and resolved merge conflicts to keep the team’s workflow smooth and prevent setbacks.
